Are your products authentic?​​​​​​​


Yes! All of our products are 100% guaranteed authentic, new, and genuine. We work closely with our partner brands and suppliers located directly in South Korea to make sure you're getting only the best products. Rest easy knowing you're only getting the freshest products imported directly from South Korea.

Is GSP an authorized EU distributor?

Absolutely! We are an authorised distributor of every brand and product on our site. All of our products are CPNP labelled and registered.


Do I need an account to order?


Yes! Creating a free account with us will give you access to member-only information, such as minimum order quantities and wholesale prices. Signing up for an account also allows you to track and review purchases from your account and save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time. 


Can I purchase product samples?

Sometimes you just need to know exactly what you'll be selling to your retail customers. We understand, which is why we provide samples for purchase.

What happens if an item is out of stock?


Any items out of stock at the time your order is placed WILL NOT BE added to your invoice.

Since we work directly with our Korean distributors, any out of stock products can be reordered quickly and efficiently. Simply CONTACT our team and we will work with you to get you the products you need ASAP!

How can I contact customer support?

What countries do you ship to?


GSP ships to all countries within the European Union! 

Where will my order ship from?

Your order will be fulfilled and shipped from Frankfurt, Germany.


How can I track my order?


To track your order, simply click on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail. You can also track and view your order status by clicking on “My Account > Order History”.

Can I change my order address?

Any address changes must be made prior to the order shipping. Please contact us immediately if a change of address is needed prior to shipping! We will always try to work with you in order to ensure you have the best possible experience!


Shipping Times


Shipping and fulfillment of your order will depend on your location. However, GSP aims to get products delivered within as soon as possible to your doorstep. All orders will receive an email confirmation when they are shipped.

Delivery times may be delayed based on the holiday schedule.

Types of Payment

As of right now we only accept bank transfer payments to our German account. We are looking to change this in the future.

Are there additional taxes on orders?

Depending on your delivery address, your order may be subject to additional tax rates.
